Job summary

Enable Ireland is seeking a motivated Therapy Assistant for Cork Children’s Disability Network Teams (CDNT). The role supports therapists in delivering services to children with disability and their families across homes, schools and CDNT offices. Experience in a therapy setting is ideal.

The position is permanent, 39 hours per week, with a salary €35,478–€41,226 pro rata per annum. Applicants must have NFQ Level 5 healthcare qualifications or equivalent and commit to relevant training within 12

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with disability is desirable.
• Certificate in Health Service Skills or Healthcare Support with relevant modules at NFQ Level 5.
• Ability to commit to training modules within 1 year of starting duty.

Responsibilities

• Support Therapists on the Children’s Disability Network Team.
• Assist in delivering high-quality health and personal social services.
• Engage with families in home, school or CDNT office to support development goals.
