Job summary

Cpl Healthcare is recruiting Healthcare Assistants to join a leading provider of services for intellectual disability, autism spectrum disorder, and acquired brain injury in Cork and surrounding areas. The role focuses on person-centred care in a home-like setting to keep residents active and connected with family and community.

The ideal candidate will hold a Health or Social Care qualification or a Level 5 QQI in Healthcare, and have experience in care with knowledge of cognitive

Qualifications

• A Health or Social Care qualification such as a third-level degree in Psychology, Social Care, Social Work, etc.
• FETAC/QQI Level 5 Major Award in Healthcare, with all 8 modules completed (or an equivalent qualification)
• Have experience working in a care environment
• Have a good understanding of the principles and techniques used in cognitive rehabilitation

Education

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Hold one of the following qualifications:

OR

And also:
