Responsibilities

• Participate in developing and implementing Care Plans with appropriate recording.
• Promote rights and responsibilities of each child/young person.
• Assist in enabling families to sustain safe care at home.
• Liaise with parents, families, services and other agencies.
• Attend meetings related to care and developments of children and families.
• Promote participation of children and young people in decisions affecting their lives.
• Contribute to preliminary screening, safety planning and compliance with policies.
• Attend court when required and engage in direct work with families.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders and participate in supervision.
