Job summary

Glanmore Foods, part of the Compass Group family, is seeking a Head of Sales & Customer Service to lead our Ireland operations from Blanchardstown, Dublin. You will drive revenue growth, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure service excellence nationwide, reporting to the senior leadership team.

You will lead Sales and Customer Service functions, shape strategy, manage CRM initiatives such as Kanpla, and foster a high-performance, customer-focused culture across the business.

Qualifications
