&Open, the global gifting platform, is scaling in Dublin with a newly established Chief Product Officer role. You will lead product and design, align with the CEO and leadership team, and shape the roadmap that bridges complexity with the human experience.

• Led product for an enterprise B2B platform with APIs or integrations.
• Built and scaled product teams, including hiring and developing product leaders.
• Shipped AI-powered features to customers and guided adoption at scale.

Responsabilités

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap at executive level.
• Lead and grow the product and design team and foster AI-native practices.
• Partner with GTM, marketing, and customer success to drive adoption and value.
• Lead discovery, briefs, and release scoping with engineering and design teams.
• Present progress to leadership and the board with monthly metrics.
