Qualifications

  • Experience as Chief of Staff supporting CFO/CEO in a large, international or PE-backed organisation.
  • Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives and cross‑functional programmes.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and project leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Execution – drive key strategic initiatives across the finance function and broader business.
  • Executive Support – prepare briefings, reports and materials for the CFO, EC and Board.
  • Business Transformation – lead cross‑functional programmes to improve operational excellence.
  • Stakeholder Management – align senior leaders across Finance, Operations, Product and Corporate Functions.
  • Governance & Planning – manage governance processes and leadership meetings with effective follow-up.
  • Performance Management – monitor KPIs and report progress to the CFO and leadership.
  • Executive Projects – own high‑impact confidential projects with Board involvement.
  • Leadership Partnership – act as an extension of the CFO to prioritise competing demands.

Role and Reporting Lines

Reporting directly to the CFO, you will act as a strategic partner across the finance function and wider business. Responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Execution – Drive key strategic initiatives across the finance organisation, ensuring priorities are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.
  • Executive Support – Act as the CFO's trusted adviser, preparing briefings, presentations and materials for Executive Committee and Board meetings.
  • Business Transformation – Coordinate cross‑functional programmes that support operational excellence, organisational effectiveness and long‑term value creation.
  • Stakeholder Management – Partner with senior leaders across Finance, Operations, Product and Corporate Functions to ensure alignment on strategic priorities.
  • Governance & Planning – Manage executive governance processes, leadership meetings and follow‑up actions to ensure effective decision‑making.
  • Performance Management – Monitor strategic KPIs, track progress against business objectives and provide regular updates to the CFO and leadership team.
  • Executive Projects – Lead and deliver high‑impact confidential projects on behalf of the CFO, often involving Board‑level stakeholders.
  • Leadership Partnership – Serve as an extension of the CFO, helping to prioritise competing demands while ensuring the finance leadership team remains focused on delivering strategic outcomes.
