Job summary

Irish Life Group Services Limited is seeking a strategic, commercially minded Head of Digital Product to lead the delivery of our consumer digital portfolio across web, app and online servicing. You will own end-to-end digital experiences and drive customer, commercial and operational value.

You will collaborate with technology, marketing, data, customer, proposition and distribution teams, balancing long-term strategy with day-to-day delivery in a senior leadership role.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading digital product teams.
• Proven experience managing digital roadmaps and delivery.
• Strong governance and KPI focus for digital products.
• Experience influencing senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the digital product strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead Product Owners/Managers and digital specialists, establishing governance.
• Drive customer experience improvements through data, experimentation and analytics.
• Own digital performance metrics: digital sales, engagement, ROI, and cost deflection.
• Engage stakeholders and present strategy, roadmap progress and outcomes to executives.
• Shape the operating model for digital product delivery, embedding agile practices.
