Mikey Ryan's Bar & Kitchen at Cashel Palace Hotel, part of Relais & Châteaux, is seeking a Chef De Partie for its award-winning gastropub. The role works under the Director of Culinary, contributing to a celebration of local produce and culinary excellence.

Reporting to the Director of Culinary and Departmental Head Chef, you will maintain standards, work autonomously when needed, and collaborate with the team in a dynamic dining environment.
