Job summary

Mikey Ryan's Bar & Kitchen at Cashel Palace Hotel in Cashel, Ireland, is seeking a Chef De Partie to join our award-winning gastropub. Reporting to the Director of Culinary, you will contribute to a rich celebration of local produce and the land.

You will work alongside a professional team to maintain high standards of service, with opportunities to grow in a prestigious Relais & Châteaux setting.
