Oxfam Ireland is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as Door-to-Door Fundraisers. You will be the public face, inspiring supporters to donate and helping communities affected by poverty, climate change and conflict.

The role offers paid training and clear progression within a global NGO network. The package includes starting pay during training, subsequent increases on probation, and opportunities for career growth into fundraising, communications, advocacy, and leadership across Ireland

What We Offer

• Earn up to €21.19 per hour

• Start on €14.99 per hour during your 20-shift paid training programme, then progress to €17.12 per hour, rising to €18.06 per hour on successful completion of probation

• Performance-related pay and progression opportunities:
• Team Leader andSenior Team Leader rising to €19.76 per hour.
• Full-time and part-time roles available.
• Monday to Friday working pattern.
• Comprehensive training, coaching and leadership development.

• Experience with one of the world's leading international NGOs and the wider Oxfam Confederation.

About the Role

As a Door-to-Door Fundraiser, you will engage, inspire and recruit supporters to make regular donations to Oxfam Ireland. You will be the public face of Oxfam, helping raise vital funds for communities affected by poverty, conflict and climate change around the world.
