Communications Manager function is progressing an ambitious OE program. This will introduce the OpX digital platform, establish a new Hub-and-Spoke operating model and create a connected community through which employees can develop capability, share best practice and deliver sustainable improvements.
We require an energetic, delivery-focused Change and Communications Manager to turn the integrated change plan into a compelling employee experience.
