• Minimum of five years in the childcare field and at least two years in a management role.

Responsibilities

• Developing, delivering and managing daily operations of the Centre to ensure a safe, developmentally appropriate environment.
• Lead and inspire staff to meet best practice standards in line with regulatory requirements and policies.
• Liaise with parents and families, manage occupancy levels and oversee finances within budget constraints.
• Ensure compliance with Childcare Regulations and implement safeguarding policies.
