Job summary

The Health Service Executive in Ireland is seeking a Grade VII professional to provide operational and management support to the AND of the Central Compliance Function and to lead and coordinate the day-to-day operation of the CCF Office.

The post holder will support the AND in delivering and developing the CCF, including coordinating compliance activities, reporting and assurance processes, managing staff and engaging with key stakeholders, with responsibilities including analysis for the NOPD

Qualifications

• The candidate must have strong operational management capabilities.
• Experience with compliance or governance functions is desirable.
• Ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder activities and report to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and management support to the Assistant National Director, Central Compliance Function (AND-CCF).
• Lead and coordinate the day-to-day operation of the CCF Office.
• Support the AND in delivering and developing the CCF, including coordinating compliance activities, reporting and assurance processes; manage assigned staff and engage stakeholders.
• Support the work of the NOPD including analysis and reporting activities and system support on the PD case management system.
