Job summary

IWG is seeking a Customer Services Manager to run a busy centre, owning on-site performance and delivering world-class service. You will have the autonomy and resources to manage the centre as your own business, solving problems and elevating the customer experience.

You will lead a small team, take tours for prospective customers, upsell to current clients and ensure every guest leaves as a brand ambassador for you, your team and IWG.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering targets in a small, close-knit team is preferred.
• Strong mindset: passion, drive, ownership and resilience.
