Job summary

Bon Secours Hospital Cork is seeking a Staff Nurse to support Cath lab/Interventional Radiology services. The role is full-time and permanent, with training and mentoring provided. The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality patient care and will participate in an on-call rota.

Applicants must be NMBI registered, have 3+ years acute experience, and ideally 1–2 years in a procedure room. English fluency and IT literacy are required.

Qualifications

• Registered with General Division of the live NMBI register.
• Must have at least 3 years' recent experience in an acute setting.
• 1-2 years’ experience in a procedure room or similar area is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for nursing care of allocated patients on each shift.
• Work within the nursing team and assist colleagues to maintain high standards of patient care.
• Work as part of the multidisciplinary team.
