Qualifications

• Certified food hygiene knowledge or willingness to obtain Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2.
• Strong organisational and time-keeping skills to prioritise tasks.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
• Excellent people skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Reliable and punctual with flexibility for varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the serving of food and beverages to guests, ensuring a professional, courteous, and customer-focused service at all times with a willingness to learn and a positive attitude
• Respond promptly and efficiently to requests from team members, contributing to a supportive and inclusive working environment
• Comply with all food safety regulations, health and hygiene standards, and organisational policies at all times
• Maintain awareness of dietary requirements and allergen information, ensuring guests' needs are met with empathy and care
• Work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods, remaining resilient and organised throughout the day
• Assist with food preparation, plating, and presentation, maintaining attention to detail and high standards
• Support the setup and breakdown of catering spaces, working collaboratively with team members
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, equipment, and utensils in accordance with hygiene standards
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors, demonstrating flexibility and a goal-oriented approach to tasks
