Job summary

Sodexo Ireland is hiring a Catering Assistant for One Microsoft Place, Leopardstown. This full-time role (37.5 h/w) runs Monday to Friday from 7:00am–3:00pm, with some shifts until 5:00pm, at a rate of €14.15 per hour. You’ll support daily food and beverage services, maintain high cleanliness standards and ensure a professional customer experience.

No formal qualification is required, training is provided. Prior catering experience is beneficial; strong communication and teamwork are essential

Qualifications

• Essential: Minimum of 1 year in catering, hospitality or food service.
• Essential: good communication and customer service skills.
• Desirable: ability to work effectively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and welcoming service to colleagues, clients and customers.
• Assist with food preparation, service and daily catering area set-up.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation across service and dining areas.
• Work closely with kitchen and catering team to ensure efficient service.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and storage procedures.
