Job summary

Broadline Group is seeking a Catering Assistant to support sites across Dublin. The role requires 6 months in catering or high-volume hospitality, with references, and the ability to travel to multiple locations.

You will assist with breakfast and lunch service, maintain salad and deli bars, and may perform Barista duties as needed. Successful candidates will have strong English, knowledge of HACCP, cash handling and till operation, and the flexibility for Monday–Friday daytime shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in catering or kitchen environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Experience with cleaning systems, Barista duties, cash handling and operating a till.
• Ability to adapt to new environments, work under pressure and follow HACCP procedures.
• Two working references, valid work permit and PPS Number, and flexibility to work Monday–Friday daytime hours and travel to various locations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare catering areas for breakfast and lunch service.
• Set up and maintain salad bars, deli bars and canteen areas to a high standard.
• Assist with food preparation, presentation and general catering duties.
• Complete Barista duties when required and maintain high service and cleanliness standards.
• Follow HACCP procedures and work as part of the catering team under pressure.

Catering Assistant

Broadline Group are looking for Catering Assistant all through Dublin.

Suitable Catering Assistant must have six months relevant work experience in contract catering or high-volume hospitality environment and be able to provide work references. We have ongoing Catering Assistant positions in prime units including some of the largest events all throughout Dublin City and Surrounding area.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months’ experience working in a catering or kitchen environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English, with experience in food preparation, salad bar setup and counter displays.
• Experience with cleaning systems, Barista duties, cash handling and operating a till.
• Ability to adapt to new environments, work efficiently under pressure and follow HACCP procedures.
• Must have two working references, a valid work permit and PPS Number, with flexibility to work Monday–Friday daytime hours and travel to various locations.

Responsibilities
