Job summary

Aramark Ireland is seeking a Catering Assistant to join its team in Athlone, Ireland. Working 7.30am-3.30pm, you will support catering operations, help with food service, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and customer care.

You will work with the team to deliver smooth service during busy periods, assist with basic till operations, and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment through reliable attendance and a proactive attitude.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Catering Assistant to join our dynamic team in Athlone, Ireland. In this role, you will be a valued member of our catering operations, supporting our team in delivering exceptional food service whilst maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and customer care. • Support the catering team to ensure smooth service operations during busy periods, responding flexibly to changing priorities
• Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen and dining areas, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail

7.30am-3.30pm

• Perform washing up, food preparation support, and general housekeeping duties efficiently and to a consistently high standard
• Follow all food hygiene, health and safety, and company procedures with commitment and care
• Provide outstanding customer service to all customers, staff, and visitors with a friendly and approachable manner
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily operational goals, offering support where needed
• Assist with basic till operations and transaction handling, demonstrating sound numeracy skills
• Respond positively to feedback and contribute to a supportive, inclusive team environment
