Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of Casualty Insurance experience.
• Progress in Insurance exams and ongoing professional development.
• Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Communicate risk appetite and Casualty value proposition to brokers.
• Collaborate with distribution and underwriters to target desirable accounts.
• Rapidly evaluate, prioritize and select submissions to be underwritten.
• Negotiate pricing, terms & conditions with brokers and clients.
• Develop strong, long-term relationships with brokers and clients.
• Provide mentoring and training to less experienced underwriters.
