Elite Modular Homes Limited is seeking a Carpenter to join our residential and/or commercial construction projects. The role involves reading technical drawings, installing and maintaining timber structures and fittings, and collaborating with site teams to ensure quality and safety.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of hands-on carpentry, an understanding of site safety regulations, and can work on demanding construction sites in Ireland.

Responsabilidades

• Read and interpret drawings and specifications to determine job requirements.
• Select, measure, cut, shape, drill and assemble timber structures and fittings using hand and power tools.
• Install and fix wooden components such as doors, skirting boards, counters, partitions, decking, frames, shop fronts, furniture, and wooden templates.
• Check accuracy and alignment of work using squares, rules, spirit levels, and other measuring tools.
• Carry out maintenance and minor repairs on wooden structures and fittings; work as part of a team while adhering to site safety protocols.

Job Description:Elite Modular Homes Limited is seeking a Carpenter to join our team, working on residential and/or commercial construction projects. The role involves carrying out a wide range of carpentry tasks, from reading technical drawings to the installation and maintenance of wooden structures and fittings.

Key Responsibilities:Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine job requirements;Select, measure, cut, shape, drill, and assemble timber structures and fittings in accordance with plans using hand and power tools;Install and fix wooden components such as doors, skirting boards, counters, partitions, decking, frames, shop fronts, furniture, and wooden templates;Check accuracy and alignment of work using squares, rules, spirit levels, and other measuring tools;Carry out maintenance and minor repairs on wooden structures and fittings as required;Work as part of a team while adhering to site safety protocols.

Job Requirements:2 years’ hands-on carpentry experience;There are no formal academic entry requirements;Ability to follow technical instructions and collaborate effectively with others;Basic understanding of site safety regulations and PPE usage;Physically fit with manual skills suitable for construction tasks.
