Job summary

Aureol Global Connections is hiring for Carpenters on behalf of J. Grennan & Sons Unlimited Company, Rath, Birr, Offaly, Ireland R42 YA49. The ideal candidate will have experience in first and second-fix carpentry, joinery, timber framework, roofing repairs, cladding and general building maintenance.

This is a full-time role of 39 hours per week with an annual salary range of €36,605-€40,000. A recognised Carpentry & Joinery qualification and proven experience in building maintenance are

Qualifications

• A recognised Carpentry & Joinery qualification and proven experience in building maintenance are essential.
• Sound understanding of timber structures, weatherproofing and facility upkeep.
• Experience in first and second-fix carpentry, joinery, timber framework, roofing repairs, cladding and general building maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas: first and second-fix carpentry, joinery, timber framework, roofing repairs, cladding, and general building maintenance. The Maintenance Carpenter will be responsible for carrying out general carpentry, timber framework, repairs, structural upkeep, and facility maintenance. A recognised Carpentry & Joinery qualification and proven experience in building maintenance are essential, along with a sound understanding of timber structures, weatherproofing, and facility upkeep. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, a commitment to health and safety standards, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues and management teams. This is a full-time role of 39 hours per week with an annual salary range of €36,605-€40,000.
