Job summary

Elite Modular Homes Limited is seeking a Carpenter to join our team in Dublin, working on residential and commercial construction projects, reading technical drawings and installing wooden structures.

You will perform a wide range of carpentry tasks, work on-site for 39 hours per week, and adhere to safety regulations and PPE requirements. Start date: 05.10.26. Annual salary: €68,911.

Qualifications

• 2 years hands-on carpentry experience.
• No formal academic entry requirements.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and collaborate with others.
• Basic understanding of site safety regulations and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine job requirements.
• Select, measure, cut, shape, drill, and assemble timber structures and fittings using hand and power tools.
• Install and fix wooden components such as doors, skirting boards, counters, partitions, decking, frames, shop fronts, furniture, and wooden templates.
• Check accuracy and alignment of work using squares, rules, spirit levels, and other measuring tools.
• Carry out maintenance and minor repairs on wooden structures and fittings.
• Work as part of a team while adhering to site safety protocols.
