Job summary

Castleconnell Project Limited invites applications for a developmental caretaker role at Castleconnell Boat Club, Lacka, Castleconnell, Co. Limerick. Accredited training will be provided to support your career progression, and no prior experience is required.

Your duties include cleaning the clubhouse ( bathrooms, kitchen and gym ), hovering and mopping floors, litter collection, opening/closing the building, painting, and basic repairs to oars and equipment, plus DIY tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; accredited training will be provided.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Reliable and responsible team player.

Responsibilities

• Clean clubhouse, bathrooms, kitchen and gym to a high standard.
• Sweep, hover and mop floors across the premises.
• Litter collection around clubhouse and riverbank.
• Open and close the building as required.
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces as needed.
• Make repairs to oars and other equipment; basic DIY tasks.
