BALLINGARRY (THURLES) COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT LIMITED in Killenaule GAA is offering a developmental opportunity. No prior experience is required as accredited training will be provided to support your career in community maintenance and facilities upkeep.

You will assist with general maintenance around the building, keep surrounding areas tidy, manage playground spaces, and help prepare the clubhouse and hall for functions on a weekly basis.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups.
• Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.
• This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.

Responsibilities

• Duties to include: General maintenance around building, keeping areas around the building and playgrounds tidy and litter free, general light maintenance around clubhouse, dressing rooms and hall setup for functions.
• Ensuring toilets, dressing rooms, hall are cleaned and ready for use weekly.
