Job summary

Right at Home (Ireland) is hiring Rapid Responders to cover Kells and surrounding areas from our Drogheda base. You will assist clients with personal and practical care, promote independence and social involvement, and ensure dignity, privacy and respect at all times.

We offer paid training, progression opportunities, and guaranteed hours per week. Applicants must have the right to work in Ireland and hold relevant QQI qualifications or be enrolled in them.

Qualifications

• Compassion, patience and empathy essential.
• Excellent communication with clients and team.
• Must have QQI Level 5 Care Skills and Care of Older Person or currently studying.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal and practical care.
• Support independence and social involvement.
• Maintain dignity, privacy and respect at all times.
• Report issues or changes to the manager.

• Drivers with access to own car due to locations
