Job summary

Right at Home Ireland is seeking Health Care Assistants to support clients in Clontarf, Killester and Whitehall. Roles include full-time and part-time positions with comprehensive induction and ongoing training.

Responsibilities include personal and practical care, supporting independence, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and safeguarding client dignity and privacy. Equality of opportunity is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Minimum of QQI Level 5 modules: Care Skills and Care of the Older Person.
• Valid Patient Moving & Handling certificate (training available if required).
• International Police Clearance, where applicable.
• Full driving licence and access to own transport desirable due to community-based role.

• Providing personal and practical care in accordance with individual care plans.
• Supporting client independence and social engagement.
• Assisting with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and light household duties.
• Maintaining dignity, privacy, and respect at all times.
• Reporting concerns, incidents, or changes in condition to management in line with company procedures.

Qualifications & Training Requirements
