MyHomecare is hiring across Kildare to provide 1:1 in-home care to clients. The role involves delivering person-centred support, promoting independence and ensuring dignity at all times. You’ll join a trusted national provider with 20 years of experience and a strong accreditation portfolio.

Roles include flexible shifts, support with Garda Vetting, training, and progression opportunities. A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle are required for some positions.

Formación

• QQI Level 5 Major Award completed.
• At least 1 work placement experience.
• Right to work in Ireland (no sponsorship provided).
• Good English communication skills.
• Willingness to undergo Garda Vetting (covered by MyHomecare).
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle required for some roles.
• Ability to provide two reference contacts.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 care within clients' homes, including Personal care.
• Assist with daily living activities.
• Provide companionship to clients.
• Promote dignity and independence, following individual care plans.
• Follow the care plans to support each client’s needs.

Pay & Benefits

€14.15 per hour – Monday to Saturday
Up to €21 per hour – Sundays, nights, and bank holidays
(Rates are set based on shift type.)

Requirements

Fully Qualified:

• QQI Level 5 Major Award completed
  At least 1 work placement experience

Studying (Option 1):

• Studying Care Skills & Care of Older Person (to be completed within 11 months)
  Minimum 2 years relevant experience

Studying (Option 2):

• Enrolled in full QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support
  At least 1 work placement experience

Additional Requirements:

• Right to work in Ireland (no sponsorship provided)
• Good English communication skills
• Willingness to undergo Garda Vetting (covered by MyHomecare)
