Job summary

Learning Cloud Ireland is hiring a Career Coach to reach out to potential students who have shown interest in our 2,000+ online courses. You will guide conversations, uncover goals, and enrol students into courses that best fit their needs.

We value drive, enthusiasm, positivity and the ability to speak with power. You will call and email warm leads, nurture relationships and help students achieve positive life changes through skill-building.

Qualifications

• Top performers come from diverse backgrounds and may have no prior sales experience.
• Soft skills will help you hit the ground running in a coaching/sales role.
• Reliability, empathy, and resilience are essential and will be coached to improve continuously.

Responsibilities

• Call and email potential students who have enquired about courses.

THE GIG

• OTE €65,000
• Initial and ongoing staff training

• Keep your students close. Your relationship doesn’t end at enrolment. You check in, celebrate wins, and guide them all the way.

The role we’re hiring for is a Career Coach, where you’ll be speaking with potential students that want a positive change in their life by upskilling. Rather than requiring a degree or 10 years of experience, what we’re looking for is drive, enthusiasm, positivity and the ability to speak with power. Because let’s be honest, if you’re not excited about what you’re doing, then how the hell do you excite someone else? We truly love what we do, and as a result, we kick ass doing it.

You’ll be calling and emailing those who’ve enquired about one of our 2,000+ online courses. These range from dog grooming, counselling all the way through to mushroom production, goat husbandry and cat psychology. And yes, we’re totally serious about those last three. Potential students need the right guide to support them.

These calls to your potential students are essentially a combination of counselling, sales skills, coaching and motivation. You’ll take them all the way back to where this interest initially stemmed from, what their current situation is and what they’d ultimately like it to be. Then you’ll create emotion through targeted advice on how to achieve their goals, make your recommendations and create a student for life.
