Seetec Employment and Skills Ireland is recruiting Employment Advisers to join our team in Dublin centre locations. The role focuses on delivering motivational support, career guidance and helping clients progress into sustainable employment. Training workshops, CV writing and job-search guidance are provided.

We offer a competitive salary of €30,000 p.a. plus Dublin allowance of €2,000, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• Leaving Certificate standard (minimum). A third level degree is desirable but not a prerequisite.
• Minimum of one year experience in a recruitment, sales, training and/or customer facing role.
• Experience in a target oriented environment.
• Ability to multi-task, organise and manage workload.
• Positive, enthusiastic approach to problem solving with a can do attitude.
• Be fully IT literate in using a range of Microsoft Office programmes.

Responsabilités

• Assess client's specific needs, provide support, careers advice and guidance, and create a personal progression plan.
• Work with clients using strategies to support development and build confidence.
• Provide training workshops from CV writing to online job searching.
• Explore learning and work opportunities, acting as an intermediary with local employers.
• Meet with clients regularly to review progress.
• Deliver an exceptional level of customer service at all times.
