Seetec Employment and Skills Ireland is recruiting Employment Advisers to join our team in Dublin centres. You will provide motivational support, careers advice and guidance, helping clients progress into sustainable employment.

Qualifications

• Leaving Certificate standard as a minimum; a third level degree is desirable but not required.
• Minimum of one year experience in a recruitment, sales, training and/or customer-facing role.
• Experience in a target-orientated environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs, provide support, careers advice and guidance to create progression plans.
• Engage with clients to help them overcome barriers and build confidence.
• Deliver training workshops from CV writing to online job searching.
• Act as intermediary with local employers to explore opportunities.
• Meet clients regularly to review progress and provide excellent customer service.
