Job summary

Comfort Keepers Ireland is seeking a motivated Care Team Lead to support care teams across Co. Wicklow, ensuring compassionate, person-centred care. The role focuses on mentoring carers, promoting safety, and maintaining high standards of care.

You will collaborate with the care management team to address evolving client needs and lead by example. Ideal candidates will have QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support, ideally with QQI Level 6 Supervisory Management in progress, and a background in homecare.

Qualifications

• Full QQI Level 5 Major Award in Healthcare Support or an equivalent relevant care qualification.
• QQI Level 6 Supervisory Management or currently working towards one.
• Experience delivering care in a homecare or community setting.
• Compassionate approach and a strong commitment to person-centred care.
• Excellent communication, organisation and teamwork skills.
• Initiative, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn and take ownership.

About The Role

What We're Looking For
