Job summary

Comfort Keepers Ireland is seeking a Care Team Lead to support and mentor homecare teams across Co. Kerry. A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this community-based role.

Qualifications

• QQI Level 5 Major Award in a healthcare-related discipline (essential).
• Experience in healthcare, homecare or social care.
• Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is desirable.
• QQI Level 6 Supervisory Management qualification is highly desirable.
• Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential).

• Conduct client visits, spot checks and care reviews.
