Job summary

Nua Healthcare Services is seeking a Shift Lead Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality care across a 5/7 schedule at Araglin, County Cork. You will mentor staff, coordinate with the clinical team and ensure safety and quality standards.

Applicants require a Level 7/8 degree in Social Studies (or equivalent with healthcare management qualification) and at least 3 years of managerial experience in social care. A full clean driver’s licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Level 7/8 Degree in Social Studies (or suitable equivalent qualification with a management qualification in Healthcare).
• 3 years minimum managerial experience within a similar social care setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Shift Lead Manager and Deputy Person in Charge in delivering high quality care and safety standards.
• Mentor team daily; conduct supervisions, appraisals and monthly team meetings.
• Coordinate input from Clinical Team and other departments to ensure 5/7 service coverage across shifts.
