Job summary

Hollybank Trustees Ltd in Drogheda, Co. Louth, Ireland is seeking a Care Co-ordinator to support the Client Care Manager and oversee care operations in the local area. The role is on-site and permanent, with hours Monday to Friday, 8.30am–5.00pm or 9.00am–5.30pm.

You will coordinate rosters, liaise with the HSE and service users, and maintain quality service in line with the company Quality Assurance Policy. Prepare weekly reports and monitor operations.

Responsibilities

• Grow hours in the area by managing new packages from the HSE and private sector.
• Upload carer rosters and client templates– week 1 / week 2; oversee rotas.
• Maintain oversight and accountability of rostas and scheduling.
• Monitor client care calls including missed and late calls.
• Analyze opportunities for growth and liaise with recruitment.
• Collaborate with Client Care Manager in your area.
• Provide high levels of customer service in calls from clients and carers.
• Build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ annual reports and management information.
