Job summary

Platinum Homecare is Ireland’s rising homecare provider with regional offices nationwide. We are seeking a Care Manager to lead a team of Carers in your assigned area, supported by our Platinum Support Centre.

You will oversee onboarding, rosters, training, safeguarding, and client care quality, driving a career development path and ensuring compliance with HSE standards. Competitive salary and employee benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• QQI Level 6 Health Services Supervisory Management Skills (or higher).
• 3-5 years’ experience in Home Care or Community Care Sector in a Supervisory or Management role.
• Experience using One Touch Care Management software preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Well organised and process driven.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient and effective management of carer onboarding, rosters, training/development and carer welfare with support from Regional Manager and Platinum Support Office.
• Deliver Platinum 20-hour Carer Induction Training to prepare Carers before providing care in your area.
• Monitor daily activities using One Touch Care Management software with emphasis on safeguarding and compliance.
• Communicate with Support Office regarding Scheduling runs, Client Care and HSE communications.
• Identify, monitor and manage training needs within your team and implement a career development path.
• Ensure Client Quality Assurance reviews are carried out and recorded in line with standards.
• Take responsibility for other duties supporting highest level of care.
