Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in Home Care or Community Care Sector in a Supervisory or Management role.
• Experience in using One Touch Care Management software is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Manage carer on-boarding, training, and overall welfare.
• Deliver Carer Induction Training.
• Monitor daily activities and compliance using management software.
• Communicate with Support Office regarding scheduling and client care.
• Identify training needs within your team.
