A leading homecare company in Ireland seeks a Care Supervisor to develop and supervise a team of care workers. Responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, overseeing records, and supporting care delivery. The ideal candidate must have QQI/FETAC Level 5 in Healthcare and 3 years’ experience as a Healthcare Assistant. Full clean driver's license required. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Healthcare Assistant.
• Experience in a supervisory capacity desirable, preferably in home care.
• Must have a full clean driver’s license and access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment.
• Oversee the accurate maintenance of supervision records.
• Participate in care activities as part of the care supervision process.
• Employ a best practice approach in the care of clients.
• Support and supervise carers to deliver the best possible care.
• Cover care calls on occasion as required.
