Care About You in Ireland is seeking a Care Manager to lead a sizeable team delivering in-home care across Clare, Limerick and North Tipperary. You will ensure high-quality, evidence-based services and oversee day-to-day operations.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a National Driving Licence; entry-level Level 7/8 qualification. You will mentor carers, develop care plans, and liaise with health services to meet standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Ensure delivery of high-quality evidence-based in-home care.
Manage day-to-day operations and govern quality and safety systems.
Hire, manage and train care staff.
Mentor and deploy carers for vulnerable adults.
Monitor care quality and conduct client assessments and visits.
Develop and review individual care plans with clients and families.
Liaise with HSE and Primary Care Teams to meet statutory obligations.
Provide on-call support and ensure coverage for clients.
Assist business development and growth of the care business.

CARE MANAGER REQUIRED – Home Care (Clare, Limerick and North Tipperary)

Care About You supports the elderly and individuals with disability within their own homes and is passionate about delivering high quality person cantered care to all of its clients. Looking for someone who is passionate about care to manage a significant cohort of Cares and Clients.

Role responsibilities

To ensure the provision of high quality evidenced based care services to vulnerable people living in their own home in line with contractual requirements.
To have a good knowledge of Quality and Safety systems and to manage all aspects of day-to-day operations.
Hiring, Management and Training of Care Staff.
To mentor, manage and deploy Care Workers in the provision of care and support to vulnerable adults.
To monitor the quality and standard of care given to clients.
Carry out assessments and introductory visits to families.
Develop and review individual centred care plans, and liaise with clients and their families
Conducting ongoing client reviews.
Effectively Liaise with HSE, Primary Care Teams etc. as required in support of the business to ensure all statutory & HSE obligations are fully met.
To ensure cover is provided at all times to our clients including providing the cover yourself where required.
Develop an ongoing supply of and be on call to carers.
Provide on call support to clients and staff

Ideally level 7/8 Qualification required in relevant discipline.
