Prosper Meath Limited is seeking Care Assistants for Day Services in Trim, Meath. The role is 30 hours per week with a specified purpose contract and pays €33,129–€47,902 per annum, pro-rated to 30 hours per week.

You will support people to live meaningful, independent lives, help develop life skills, participate in community activities, and enjoy a friendly, supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• QQI Level 5 major award in Healthcare Support or Health Service Skills (essential).
• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities.
• Full, clean manual driving licence (essential).

We are currently recruiting for Care Assistants for our Day Services in Trim.

About The Role

As a Care Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting people to live meaningful, independent, and socially connected lives. No two days are the same, you may be helping someone develop life skills, participate in community activities, express themselves through creative programmes, or simply offering encouragement and companionship. You will build confidence and empower each individual to reach their goals, while working as part of a friendly, supportive, and professional team.

Essential Requirements

• A completed QQI Level 5 major award in Healthcare Support or Health Service Skills or an equivalent relevant qualification (essential)
• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities
• Full, clean manual driving licence (essential)
