Prosper Meath, part of Prosper Group, is recruiting for Care Assistants for Day Services in Trim, Ireland. You will support adults with intellectual disabilities to lead meaningful, independent lives, assisting with life skills, community activities and personal development.

Candidates must hold a QQI Level 5 major award in Healthcare Support or Health Service Skills, have experience with disabilities, and possess a full, clean manual driving licence. Generous benefits available.

Salary Scale (FTE): €33,129 – €47,902 per annum, pro-rated to 30 hours per week

Prosper Meath, part of Prosper Group, provides high-quality, person-centered supports to adults with intellectual disabilities and autism. We are currently recruiting for Care Assistants for our Day Services in Trim.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting people to live meaningful, independent, and socially connected lives. No two days are the same, you may be helping someone develop life skills, participate in community activities, express themselves through creative programmes, or simply offering encouragement and companionship. You will build confidence and empower each individual to reach their goals, while working as part of a friendly, supportive, and professional team.

• A completed QQI Level 5 major award in Healthcare Support or Health Service Skills or an equivalent relevant qualification (essential)


• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities


• Full, clean manual driving licence (essential)
