This role focuses on creating a safe, welcoming and respectful environment for vulnerable adults within a structured residential setting operated by a reputable non-profit organisation. You will support residents in their day-to-day routines while helping promote dignity, wellbeing, inclusion and stability within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting vulnerable adults in care, community or residential settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries.
• Good written and computer skills.
• Flexibility to work day, night, weekend and public holiday shifts.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support residents within a safe and respectful residential environment.
• Assist residents with daily routines and wellbeing support.
• Promote dignity, empathy and person-centred support.
• Support residents during admissions, room moves and transitions.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness across communal areas.
• Complete scheduled safety checks and record keeping.
• Provide guidance and practical support where needed.
• Work closely within a supportive resident-focused team.
