Job summary

Zoetis is seeking a Project Engineer to deliver key capital projects at the Wicklow API Manufacturing site. The role reports to the Engineering Capital Lead and ensures projects meet schedule, budget, and Zoetis safety and quality standards.

You will work with the site Capital Project Delivery team, provide URS and scope development, coordinate with external vendors, and support CQV activities during commissioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering degree required.
• 2–3 years post-graduate experience in project engineering.
• Experience with capital projects in regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver capital engineering projects on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with external consultancies and internal SME teams.
• Develop URS, high-level scope, and project schedules.
• Manage cost estimates and ensure documentation handover.
• Support Change Control for GMP site projects.
• Maintain site engineering records and QA systems.
