Qualifications

• 6+ years in treasury management focusing on capital in a financial institution or fintech
• Ability to build or enhance processes
• Familiarity with Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR)
• Deep understanding of capital risk and related impacts
• Track record of analyses and presenting decisions to senior management
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Solid grasp of treasury concepts and controls
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Drive capital optimisation strategies and decisions
• Assess capital treatment of new products and derive returns on equity
• Enhance and build capital management and allocation frameworks
• Manage group capital plans and review subsidiary plans
• Support business decision-making and capital actions
• Perform regular capital forecasts and assess capital adequacy
• Maintain knowledge of capital regulation requirements and risk management
• Interpret regulatory requirements related to safeguarding
• Liaise with Product Owners during new product launches
