Diageo is seeking a Lead Project Engineer to join the Global Engineering team at St James’ Gate, Dublin. You will oversee capital expenditure projects across the St James’ Gate brewery and related facilities, delivering on the annual investment plan while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will guide a team of Capex Project Engineers, manage project reporting, and coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Formación

• Strong Health & Safety experience.
• Engineering knowledge and experience.
• Considerable project management experience.
• Effective stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.
• Good at networking to establish excellent relationships.
• Ability to prioritise effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Leading a team of Capex Project Engineers assigned to various projects.
• Managing Health & Safety of contractor works including managing an H&S Lead resource.
• Developing and leading project progress and cash delivery reporting tools & forums.
• Managing total cash spend for the project portfolio to an annual operating plan.
• Leading the long-range Capital Project planning process for the site.
• Using specialist engineering knowledge to support delivery to correct technical specification.
• Ensuring project compliance with appropriate Health, Safety and Environmental standards, Diageo Code of Conduct, Legal & Regulatory Standards.
• Co-ordinating and managing external resources.
• Communication to stakeholders at all levels.
