Job summary

RECRUITERS in Ireland is seeking a hands-on marketing professional to drive integrated campaigns and customer communications. You will manage briefs from concept to delivery, coordinate creative assets, and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work with internal stakeholders, agencies and CRM specialists to deliver timely, engaging campaigns across channels, with a strong focus on measurement and optimization. Hybrid role with 2 days onsite, 3 days remote.

Qualifications

• This role requires at least 3 years in marketing campaign delivery or a similar role.
• Experience in financial services, insurance, telco, utilities, or related sectors is beneficial.
• Experience coordinating campaigns and assets across channels.

Responsibilities

• Campaign delivery: coordinate day-to-day execution of integrated campaigns across products and channels.
• Customer communications: support emails, newsletters and CRM campaigns with stakeholders.
• Creative development: coordinate briefs, assets and approvals with internal and external teams.
• Multi-channel marketing: support activity across digital, print and in-store materials.
• Stakeholder management: collaborate with marketing, agencies and suppliers to keep projects moving.
• Campaign planning: maintain timelines, assist targeting and scheduling, manage multiple projects.
• Content and collateral: develop marketing content across touchpoints and sales collateral.
• Performance monitoring: track KPIs and provide insights to improve engagement.
