Job summary

Dexcom Ireland is seeking a Calibration/Metrology Technician to perform calibration, verification and testing of measurement equipment ensuring adherence to procedures and quality standards.

You will maintain records, support audits, and work with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams to keep measurement systems accurate and compliant. A Level 6/7 qualification and 2–4 years’ experience are preferred.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of calibration or metrology experience.
  • Level 6/7 qualification in Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, Metrology, Quality, or a related discipline.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with Manufacturing and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

  • Perform calibration, verification and functional testing of measurement equipment per approved procedures.
  • Maintain accurate calibration records, certificates and documentation for compliance.
  • Troubleshoot, investigate and resolve calibration-related issues with minimal impact on operations.
  • Support audits, inspections and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing and Engineering teams to ensure measurement systems remain accurate and fit for purpose.
