Qualifications

• Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and/or travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
• Height between 157 cm and 188 cm (~5'2" to ~6'2").
• Must be able to swim 25 metres unaided, and support someone else.
• Outgoing and friendly personality with good customer service.
• Adaptable to shift rosters and a demanding schedule.
• Excellent communication in English with ability to pass an English Language Assessment.
• Passion for travelling and meeting new people.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 6-week training course to learn safety and customer service fundamentals.
• Deliver top-class safety and customer service on board our aircraft.
• Operate early and late shifts with rosters starting as early as 5 am.
• Build a long-term cabin crew career within the Ryanair Group across 90+ bases.

Job Description

Your journey to becoming a qualified cabin crew member will start on a 6-week training course where you will learn all of the fundamental skills that you will require as part of your day-to-day role delivering a top-class safety & customer service experience to our guests. During the course you will be required to study with exams taking place at regular intervals, the training culminates with Supernumerary flights, followed by your Cabin Crew Wings.

Life as Cabin Crew is fun & rewarding, it is however a demanding position where safety is our number 1 priority. You will be required to operate both early & late shifts & report for duty as early as 5 am in the morning on the early roster & not return home until midnight on the afternoon roster. If you are not a morning person, then think twice before applying!

Qualifications

• You must approximately be between 5 "2 (157 cm) and 6 "2 (188 cm) in height.


• You must be able to swim 25 meters unaided, and supporting someone else


• It helps if you are hardworking, flexible and have an outgoing and friendly personality.


• Adaptable and happy to work a shift roster.


• Enjoy dealing with the public and have the ability to provide excellent customer service with a 'can do' attitude.


• Comfortable speaking and writing in English with the ability to successfully pass an English Language Assessment


• A passion for travelling and meeting new people.
