Job summary

Ryanair Group Holdings is recruiting Cabin Crew at Shannon Airport to join Europe's largest airline group. Expect a dynamic, customer-focused role with training provided and a five-on, three-off rostering pattern.

Annual earnings start around €28,999 based on approximately 850 flying hours; actual pay varies with hours flown and requirements. A €2,000 joining bonus is offered upon course completion in 2026.

Qualifications

• Applicant must have unrestricted right to live and work in Ireland and be able to travel across Ryanair's network.
• Height between approx. 157 cm and 188 cm.
• Ability to swim 25 metres unaided and assist others if needed.
• Hardworking, flexible with a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Able to adapt to a 5 days on / 3 days off roster and shift work.
• Enjoy dealing with the public and delivering excellent customer service.
• Good command of English; must pass an English Language Assessment.
• A passion for travelling and meeting new people.

Job Description

Life as Cabin Crew is fun & rewarding, it is however a demanding position where safety is our number 1 priority. You will be required to operate both early & late shifts & report for duty as early as 5 am in the morning on the early roster & not return home until midnight on the afternoon roster. If you are not a morning person, then think twice before applying. However, if you are customer-orientated, and like to work in a fast-paced environment with loads of enthusiasm, this could be the career for you!!!!

Please note: As part of the application process, candidates are required to complete a mandatory English proficiency test and a situational judgment test. Failure to complete these assessments will result in disqualification from progressing to the interview stage.

Estimated annual salary: €28,999 based on approximately 850 flying hours per year. Actual earnings may vary depending on hours flown and operational requirements.

Qualifications

• Applicants must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in Ireland and the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network
• You must approximately be between 5 “2 (157 cm) and 6” 2 (188 cm) in height.
• You must be able to swim 25 meters unaided, and supporting someone else
• It helps if you are hardworking, flexible and have an outgoing and friendly personality.
• Adaptable and happy to work a shift roster.
• Enjoy dealing with the public and have the ability to provide excellent customer service with a ‘can do’ attitude.
• Comfortable speaking and writing in English with the ability to successfully pass an English Language Assessment
• A passion for travelling and meeting new people.
