Job summary

Crewlink is recruiting Cabin Crew to join Ryanair Group at Dublin. No prior experience required—training provided with a free training course and a €2,000 joining bonus.

Expect an early/late shift pattern with a focus on safety and customer service; unlimited travel benefits and performance bonuses are offered as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Applicants must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in Ireland and travel freely within Ryanair's network.
• Height between 157 cm and 188 cm.
• Ability to swim 25 meters unaided and support others.
• Hardworking, flexible with a friendly, can-do attitude.
• Willingness to work a shift roster and customer-facing role.
• Comfortable speaking and writing in English; pass an English Language Assessment.
• Passion for travelling and meeting new people.

Responsibilities

• Operate early & late shifts; report for duty around 5 am on the early roster and may finish late on the afternoon roster.
• Deliver a safe, top-class inflight experience and exceptional customer service.
• Represent Ryanair with professionalism and uphold safety and service standards.

Job Description

Life as Cabin Crew is fun & rewarding, it is however a demanding position where safety is our number 1 priority. You will be required to operate both early & late shifts & report for duty as early as 5 am in the morning on the early roster & not return home until midnight on the afternoon roster. If you are not a morning person, then think twice before applying. However, if you are customer-orientated, and like to work in a fast-paced environment with loads of enthusiasm, this could be the career for you!!!!

Estimated annual salary: €28,999, based on approximately 850 flying hours per year. Actual earnings may vary depending on hours flown and operational requirements.

Qualifications

• Applicants must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in Ireland and the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network
• You must approximately be between 5 “2 (157 cm) and 6” 2 (188 cm) in height.
• You must be able to swim 25 meters unaided, and supporting someone else
• It helps if you are hardworking, flexible and have an outgoing and friendly personality.
• Adaptable and happy to work a shift roster.
• Enjoy dealing with the public and have the ability to provide excellent customer service with a ‘can do’ attitude.
• Comfortable speaking and writing in English with the ability to successfully pass an English Language Assessment
• A passion for travelling and meeting new people.
